James S. was the technician who aerated and over seeded my lawn last week. First thing—walks up with a big smile on his face. Nice to deal with happy employees. And I think he’s a sincerely caring guy. Gave me a great tip for finding some fill dirt for bad low spots in my yard. He started to clean up some small random clumps of dirt from his equipment that was left on my concrete driveway. I think it’s good he paid attention to detail but I told him for me this was not necessary. This is the first service I have done with this company and they’ve been very cooperative and accommodating with me as I had to postpone dates. ~ sherry n

We've had experience with many lawn companies through the years and weren't pleased with them. Everything from incorrect billing to accidentally treating our neighbors yard who weren't customers, when it was our yard they should have treated because we were their customers. The level of service we've received from Lawn Doctor is far above the others. Kevin, Lisa, and the technicians we've encountered are always knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Had them come out for Carpenter Bee's that had invaded the front entrance porch. Gone and didn't come back and hope they don't. Technician came and sprayed around the whole house and no more insects. Great work!!! I have also signed up for Lawn weed program. Update: 10//31/2022 Lawn looks good heat stress in some areas, overall 6 treatments great value I will continue even though prices went up. Five stars for Lawn Doctor! My usual assigned technician, Jeffery, messages me prior to coming and always does a thorough job with the application. I am very happy with the results. On one occasion after days of rain, I saw a few weeds in a couple of small areas and Lawn Doctor was happy to send a technician back out between my scheduled service for a touch-up. I have great pride in my yard and all credit goes to Kevin my Lawn Doctor. He takes great care with the yard as if it were his own and is always quick in remedying issues or problem spots. He makes recommendations for soil/condition improvements, but is never pushy in up selling services. He always goes the extra mile to ensure we are pleased.
